Here at WXYZ we try our best to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We know that your shopping experience does not end when you receive your order, for that reason we made our policies as clear as possible for you!
- We happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for refund within 14 days of receipt date.
- Returns will be approved only after inspection, If after inspection the product was not found good as new, refund will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
- In case of damaged, defective, or misrepresented unworn items, customers can request for refund within 30 days from the day of receipt. If after inspection return was accepted, the customer will receive full refund including the shipping fees.
- Refunds should be accompanied by the order delivery mail and the packaging.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will be made in the same form of purchase except for cash on delivery purchases which will be made through credit notes.
- Requests to refund merchandise received as gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt and will be redeemed in the form of a gift card with the same value of the product.
- Items can be returned to us only through our assigned courier services.
- Customers do not have to return an entire order but can only return selected items.
- WXYZ does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund excluding the shipping fees and make a new order with the items of your choice.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect the product to make sure it fits the criteria for a refund; kindly allow 2-3 working days for inspection. Once refund is accepted, an email will be sent to you to notify you, and you will get your refund in the same manner the purchase was made, except for cash on delivery purchases which will be refunded on WXYZ credit notes. If your refund was rejected, you will receive an email explaining why your order is not eligible for return and our courier will contact you to schedule the drop off your item back to you.
